Which web browsers can I use?

iRequireIT works with any modern web browser. It is certified to work on recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari and Opera.

Which devices can I use?

iRequireIT works on virtually all Internet-capable devices. This includes desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones.

Where is my data stored?

The facility that houses your data is ISO 9001 and ISO/CEI 27001 certified. It is located in the EU.

How secure is my company data?

We treat data security with the utmost importance. The facility that houses your data is ISO/CEI 27001 certified, which is the industry standard for IT security.

How does the free trial work?

The only limitation with the free trial is the 7-day limit for making changes to a project. After 7 days, you will no longer be able to add, change, remove, reorder or merge requirements. You will always be able to view and export your requirements.

What are your support service levels?

We provide free email support. We endeavour to respond to support requests within 12 hours.

Where is your support team based?

All of our support staff are based in New Zealand.

Do you accept international customers?

Yes. There are no restrictions as to who can be iRequireIT customers.

What currencies can I use to pay my subscription?

If you choose to pay by credit card through PayPal we can accommodate payments in all major currencies. To view the full list please refer to the PayPal Currency Page.

How do I renew my subscription?

We will contact with a renewal offer as your subscription nears expiry.

How do I cancel my subscription?

When your subscription nears expiry we will contact you with a renewal offer. Just ignore the offer and your account will expire in due course. If you wish to terminate your account early for any reason, just contact us and let us know.

Can I cancel my subscription before the end of my subscription term?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by raising a support ticket to let us know. The unused portion of your subscription is non-refundable.

What platform is your system built on?

We use the industry-standard LAMP model to run iRequireIT. Both the website and the cloud application are W3C compliant for both HTML 5 and CSS 3.

How does your system identify users without logins?

We use email addresses to identify users. In order to perform actions such as saving, sending or merging requirements you will need to supply a valid email address. If the organisation you work for is a subscriber, be sure to use an email address associated with that organisation when creating new projects. If you supply a different email address the 7-day free trial restrictions will apply.
